My apologies -- I've had a LOT going on the past several days and not much time to write about it yet.
Most important thing of note: I've completed my application to the University of Iowa here in town to finish my undergraduate degree in Theatre. I should only have about four semesters left to complete my degree, so the timing couldn't be more perfect. I'm stuck here anyway...when in Rome, right? As long as they classify me as a "resident" for tuition purposes, I think I'm gonna do it. If not, though, I'll probably try and get back to LA sooner rather than later so I don't lose my mind working at Wal-Mart or Applebee's or somewhere I won't care about.
Here's something interesting: I had a whopping 79 hits on my website yesterday, with 46 hits on my blog alone! That really gave me the extra push I needed to take the time to tell y'all what's been going on! We had our friend Sheyanne in town for the past few days and it was a crazy whirlwind of a time, including a 22-hour trip to Chicago for dinner with our friend Erika. We had so much fun while Shey was here and I can't wait for her to come back, but MAN, am I exhausted! :)
