I just checked my "starmeter" at IMDB.com again, and this week I'm up to #2,255.  This will not last, I realize, but it's fun to look at when I'm sitting at home on a Saturday night, pretending to do homework!  Ha.

Speaking of looking at things, I just spent the last few minutes looking through old photos on my Facebook.com profile, and now I am feeling nostalgic.  I have been blessed to have such wonderful people in my life thus far, and I'm so lucky to have had the opportunity to live in such fabulous places and do such cool things.  I miss LA so, SO much--and I hope upon hope that I will have the chance to live there again someday.  I miss our life there.  I miss my best friends SO much...

...In the meantime, we have booked a Damnwells show there over Spring Break!!  (WOO HOOOOOOO!!!!)  We will be performing at the Hotel Cafe on Cahuenga Blvd. in Hollywood at 10pm on Sunday, March 15th.  I am SO excited to get back to the Hotel Cafe (AKA the "Peach Pit" because we used to hang out there so often), and absolutely cannot WAIT to see all our friends again.  I kind of want to cry just thinking about it, actually...  I really hope everyone will come out and see us play.  We're only going to be in town for a couple days before we jet off to Austin for SXSW, and I already know our stay is going to be way too short.  Sigh... 

I also really hope that a huge group of new fans has gone to www.pastemagazine.com/thedamnwells and downloaded "One Last Century" for free.  I want to do everything I possibly can to get people listening to the record--there are so many MILLIONS of people who I know would LOVE the music if we could just get it into their hands!  ...But I am just so frustrated because I don't know HOW to get it to them!  How do I reach these people??!?  I'm open to suggestions if you've got em!
